All prices in Caisson Laboratories catalog are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted in catalog are in US dollars only. Special pricing requests such as bulk purchases will be cleared through sales management and the bid department.
Payment Terms
Caisson Laboratories has payment terms of 30 days net unless prior arrangements have been made. All payments will be made within 30 days of invoice date. All shipping and handling costs will be paid by the customer and added to each invoice. A finance charge of 1.5 percent per month for an APR of 18 percent will be assessed to each overdue invoice. Any account 60 days past due will prepay for the next order before it will be shipped. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. For international accounts, wire transfers or international secured bank lines of credit are acceptable. International orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Shipping
All orders will be packed and shipped with the products’ safety and performance in mind. Any request for shipping differing from methods approved by Caisson Laboratories, and any incurred damages resulting from such shipment, will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges will be assessed on each invoice. Insulated boxes and dry ice will be used for all frozen products to maintain product integrity during shipment. Tracking numbers can be supplied to any customer providing a valid e-mail address. If a product has been damaged in transit, a complete inspection of the box should be performed, along with a report to the carrier and a phone call to Caisson Laboratories within five business days. Keep all shipping documents for further investigation.
