Gamborg's B-5 Medium
Originally formulated for soybean root cells, Gamborg’s B-5 Medium has also tested on a variety of other plants. This medium is an excellent all around or generic medium. Several varieties are available, depending on specific needs. All are modifications of the formulation developed by Gamborg et al. (1968).
